Pavan Dhunna is a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (Honours) Graduate in Design from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario and is personally located in the Greater Toronto Area. Pavan specializes in Luxury Residential Design, having designed exteriors and interiors for homes in excess of 18,000 square feet for private clientele and has performed construction quality assurance on homes in excess of 8,000 square feet above grade and $4.8 million in value, down to the cornices. Driven by the pursuit to create timeless, bold and distinctive architecture, Pavan has excelled immensely across various architectural programs, allowing him to lead multiple school projects across different classes – Studios, Multimedia, Digital Practice and Architectural Economics. These programs include but are not limited to: Revit - AutoCAD - Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom & Premiere Pro - Rhino 3D - VRay - Lumion - Enscape - Procreate - Microsoft Word, Excel Powerpoint, Teams and their Google equivalents.
Alongside leading group projects due to his ability to work in teams and create direction and planning skills, Pavan has helped deliver “Above and Beyond” assignments such as his Architectural Economics Course Assignment, where with the help of his teammates, he was able to develop advanced Proforma’s which created greater equity in Real Estate development projects for their ten year Develop and Hold Proforma’s, increasing the Point in Time Sale Equity up to 224%. This project is just one of the initiatives that he constantly endeavours to break barriers, paradigms and expectations.
Pavan works on large-scale, ultra-luxury residential projects through interior and landscape design while assisting clients in architectural design to achieve their visions of legacy cementing estates. Combining architecture, landscape and interior design, Pavan uses classical elements such as module-based design and the play of light and shadow to bring vibrancy, softness and bold forms to his projects. Alongside this, Pavan oversees Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing solutions, allowing him to create unified works of art where aesthetics, construction and comfort produce a sophisticated solution for a sophisticated clientele.
